### 三戸 鉄也

近畿大学工学部 経営システム工学科を卒業後、広島県福山市に本社を置くソフトウェア会社に入社。広島事業所長に就任。2007年には、「高度な技術や知識をシンプルな形にしてお客様にお届けすること」を旨としたWardish合同会社を創業。

以来、小規模から大規模のSIを中心に、研究開発プログラムの作成、スマホアプリの開発、既存のソフトウェアの改修、大規模システムのリプレース、Linuxサーバーの構築およびリプレースなど、数多くのシステム構築案件に携わる。

定期的に大学に招待され自身の豊富な経験を共有する講演を行ったり、講義を受け持ったりするなどして、次世代のビジネスリーダーの育成に向けた取り組みにも力を入れている。
