| 障害対応 | - バックアップからのリストア - 監査ログの調査 - マイクロソフトへのエスカレーション支援 |
| テクニカルサポート（wave対応） | - バージョン互換性チェック - カスタマイズの支援 |

### サービス保証（SLA）

| 窓口対応時間 | 平日 10:00 〜 17:00 ※土日祝日は除きます。 ※チャットツールでの対応を基本といたします。 |
| --- | --- |
| 一時応答 | 連絡到着後4時間以内 ※窓口対応が4時間以上不可能となる場合は事前にご連絡いたします。 |

### ご利用料金例

| 基本料 | 200,000 〜 450,000 / 月 ※価格は税抜です。 ※システムの構成や規模により費用は異なります。 |
| --- | --- |
| 保守作業料 | 12,500 / 時間 ※価格は税抜です。 ※実際の作業時間に応じて月次でのご請求となります。 ※作業対象はシステムの構成によって異なります。 |
